Google User Data
RocketForms integrates with Google Sheets and Google Calendar at the user's request. When you connect your Google account, we access only what these features need: we create spreadsheets to export your leads and write to those spreadsheets, and we read your calendar's free/busy status and create, update and delete the calendar events generated by bookings made through your forms. We do not browse, read or modify any other file in your Drive, and we do not read the content of your other calendar events.
RocketForms' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs adheres to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI and Google data. RocketForms uses OpenAI to score the submissions received through your forms. Google user data is never part of that processing: no data obtained from the Google Sheets or Google Calendar APIs is transferred to OpenAI or to any other AI service, and none of it is used to develop, train or improve any machine learning or AI model, ours or a third party's.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Integrations page in your RocketForms account, which revokes our access immediately.
Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers, including:
- hosting and infrastructure providers
- payment processors
- analytics and monitoring tools
- AI providers used to score form submissions (OpenAI)
- advertising platform integrations (at user request)
All third parties are contractually bound to comply with data protection regulations.
Some data may be processed outside the European Union.
When applicable, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

Data Security
