This Refund Policy applies to the RocketForms software product (“RocketForms”), operated by ECOMSKY, and sold to customers via Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller.
By purchasing or subscribing to RocketForms, you acknowledge and agree that all payments, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions, in addition to this policy.
This Refund Policy does not override or replace Paddle’s terms.
RocketForms is sold through Paddle.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles all payments and refunds.
RocketForms / ECOMSKY does not process payments or refunds directly.
All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle.
If you are a Consumer (as defined by applicable consumer protection laws), you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the initial transaction without providing a reason, provided that:
the digital service has not yet been accessed, activated, or used; and
the performance of the digital content has not begun.
By accessing RocketForms or using the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
RocketForms is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing immediate access to digital features.
For subscriptions:
The right of withdrawal applies only to the initial subscription, not to renewals.
No refunds are issued for unused time or partial subscription periods after access has begun.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds, where applicable, are:
processed by Paddle, not RocketForms;
issued using the original payment method;
handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer laws.
Paddle may refuse refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or other violations of their terms.
If a verified technical issue prevents access to RocketForms, the sole remedy available is the one provided under Paddle’s Terms and Conditions, which may include replacement or refund at Paddle’s discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle.
Cancellation prevents future charges.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No prorated refunds are issued for remaining time in the current billing cycle.
RocketForms is a fully automated SaaS platform.
No human-delivered services, consulting, or manual work are included in the subscription.
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
